Your First Visit

Patient Application Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will  welcome you as a member of our family.  We will request that you complete our  patient forms located in the New Patient Application Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and very important information on your condition.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr.T to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr.T to determine if you qualify as a patient in our office to learn more about you, your condition, and  expectations to determine how corrective chiropractic care can meet your health goals.

Examination

After your consultation, Dr. T will perform a complete assessment including postural, spinal palpation, range of motion, orthopedic and neurological testing as needed. We will always discuss fees with you before performing anything.  If you do not qualify as a patient in our office we will not waste your time or money and help you find a provider who will best suit your needs.

X-Ray Studies

Posture is the window to your spine and nervous system.  Distortions represent injured, damaged and weakened areas to your spine, shutting down the energy to the vital organs. So the most concrete way to analyze your posture is through a specific and detailed x-ray analysis.  Only  necessary  views will be taken to assure you  will receive the best treatment for your conditions.

Report of Findings

Once the information is collected  and examinations are performed, Dr.T  will give you an in-depth report of the x-ray and exam findings. He will let you know the the why behind the recommendations and future appointments.   At this point  you should completely understand your condition and be confident that you have found the right office for you.

Treatment

At the conclusion of the report of findings you may  receive your first adjustment and some other form of  treatment depending on your specific condition. This may include physical therapy, disc decompression and/or postural rehabilitation and strengthening exercises. We will also give you initial home care recommendations.
